China is a country with frequent natural disasters, and in order to comprehensively improve the ability of natural disaster prevention, production safety accident prevention and emergency management, the state has successively issued a series of policies in emergency management, disaster prevention, mitigation and relief, production safety and other related fields.
In order to improve the emergency management information system and the aviation perception network that basically covers key risk areas, and improve the aviation emergency response capability, SVOLT has built a UAV aviation emergency rescue system that combines large, medium and small enterprises, high, medium and low coordination, and responds sensitively, so as to improve the ability of emergency communication support, disaster on-site monitoring, and on-site rescue support under extreme circumstances such as major earthquakes and catastrophes, such as "circuit breaking, network and power outages".
TF-500 unmanned helicopter
The TF-500 is a heavy-duty transport unmanned helicopter suitable for emergency rescue applications, with the ability to transport materials and drop at fixed points on hanging. The maximum load of the model is 300kg, the flight time can reach 4 hours (200kg payload), and can carry photoelectric pods, airborne public network base stations, airborne PDT cluster base stations, airborne broadband ad hoc network equipment, etc., for target reconnaissance, shooting and positioning, emergency communication coverage in disaster areas, and can also access shouting, lighting and other modules.
HC-541 emergency communications complex-wing UAV
HC-541 emergency communication composite wing UAV as a medium-sized UAV rescue platform, the key subsystems of the whole aircraft are redundant design, the maximum load of the model is 30kg, the maximum flight time can reach 6 hours. It can be equipped with photoelectric pods, fast 3D modeling loads, airborne public network base stations, airborne PDT cluster base stations, airborne broadband ad hoc network equipment, airborne satellite communication equipment, airborne personnel search and rescue loads, etc., which are widely used in emergency rescue, reconnaissance aerial survey and other scenarios.
HC-325 quadcopter UAV
The HC-325 is a quadcopter UAV platform with universal payload capability, with excellent performance in terms of system power plant, electrical system, flight control system, communication link, etc. With a maximum load of 3kg and a maximum endurance of 90min, it can be mounted with three-light lenses, oblique photography loads and other task loads to perform emergency inspection, surveying and mapping and other rescue tasks, with fully autonomous flight ability and good environmental adaptability, and has the ability to take off and land and fly normally and safely in light rainy weather.
Application scenarios
On-site rescue support, air lifeline: In the complex environment where manpower is insufficient or inaccessible, unmanned helicopters are used to carry emergency supplies such as medical treatment, food, and communication equipment to achieve rapid emergency supply to the affected areas and reduce the loss of life and property. It can also be equipped with photoelectric pods, lighting equipment and loudspeakers, corresponding to the application of on-site inspection, night lighting and shouting and preaching.
Emergency communication support, lighting up the light of rescue: Restore public network communication in the affected areas in a targeted manner, and provide voice, SMS and Internet access services for users in the disaster areas. Build a special emergency communication network to realize the real-time exchange of information and instructions between the command center and front-line search and rescue
personnel for public security, emergency and other departments, and ensure the smooth progress of rescue work.
On-site monitoring of disaster situation, day and night action: In order to meet the emergency rescue needs of sudden disaster events, HC-325 multi-rotor UAV can quickly respond and quickly take off to reach the disaster area, using the aerial perspective of the UAV, with infrared, visible light and oblique photography capabilities, to achieve all-weather personnel search and positioning, real-time monitoring of disaster conditions, emergency mapping and other subdivision scene applications.
Forest and grassland fires, rapid perception of the situation: forest and grassland fires are sudden and destructive, and once a major forest and grassland fire occurs, it will seriously damage the ecological environment, cause huge economic losses, and affect social harmony and stability. The UAV rescue platform is equipped with different payloads to realize the application of fire observation and analysis, personnel search and rescue, material transportation, fire fighting, real-time monitoring of disaster and other scenarios, and provide decision-making support for forest and grassland fire rescue work.
Take training as a battle and explore a new mode of aviation emergency rescue
On May 17, 2022, in the "2022 Anyang Communications Industry Flood Control Combat Exercise", the Hive Aerospace multi-rotor UAV carried Unicom emergency cables, carried out cross-river cable deployment, real-time access to the 5G network, flew to areas where personnel could not reach to check the disaster situation, carried disaster relief materials for delivery, transported the communication cables to the designated location and automatically threw them, and used drones to pull cables to speed up the restoration of communication of ground base stations in the affected areas.
On June 29, 2022, Hive Aerospace participated in the 2022 Henan Provincial Emergency Management System Flood Control Critical Period Comprehensive Drill, and the company carried two HC-325 UAVs to participate in the life-saving equipment throwing subject and successfully completed the drill task.
Abundant practical cases
On July 29, 2023, heavy rainfall in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region caused flooding disasters in Mentougou and other places. HC-541 emergency communication composite wing UAV hovered in the air for 4 hours, ensuring the access of 5,000 telephones and videos within 150 square kilometers, and connecting the precious life "line" for the affected people, CCTV and Beijing TV made special reports.
On July 20, 2021, a heavy rainstorm occurred in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, resulting in flooding, and Hive Aerospace was instructed by the government to send drones to conduct real-time monitoring of the disaster area, and the high-altitude monitoring data of the drone was transmitted back to the command center in real time to provide guarantee for the dispatch of the command center, and carried out orthophoto collection for the target area, and obtained high-definition two-dimensional images of the affected area for the first time.
